Please write your institution on your name tag and wear to the Meeting the Meeting ID(name card)that you have received in advance. People without a Meeting ID(name card)will not be permitted to enter.
Please visit the Registration desk if you lose or forget your name card.

Training Credits and Certified Point

Attending JSN2015 is recognized by the Japanese Society of Psychiatry and Neurology specialist qualification as a credit toward their training programs.
To obtain training points toward renewal of the Japanese Society of Psychiatry and Neurology specialist qualification, please show your Psychiatric Specialist Certification Test Certificate(point card)at the JSPN Point Registration Desk. A Meeting staff will register your points.
For other academic societies, please submit your Meeting ID and receipt to the relevant society concerned and apply for the credit yourself.
Please inquire with the relevant society concerned for further information.

2.Information

Admission of Venue

Participants cannot enter the venue before 8:00.

Use of Cameras and Videos

The use of any electronic equipment as camcorders and mobile phones to record presentations is strictly prohibited.

Paging and Messages

Participants cannot be paged while inside of the Meeting venue by means of slides or the public address system. Please use the message board near the Registration Desk.

Cloakroom

Please use the cloakroom at Foyer(1F, Main Hall. Sonic City Hall). Please be aware that the cloakroom is unable to accept valuables or umbrellas.

Luncheon Seminars

As the number of lunch boxes available for luncheon seminars is limited, numbered tickets will be distributed at the Luncheon Seminar Ticket Desk at the main hall foyer in the morning of the day of each seminar.
Tickets are limited to one per person. Also, you must show your Meeting ID(name card)in order to receive a ticket.

Internet

The internet points will inform you on the bulletin board.

Beverage Service

There is a free beverage service counter in Poster/Exhibition(4F, Sonic City Hall, International Convention Room Lobby)
